📅 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

Life happens—sometimes we get sick or something unexpected pops up. I understand and want to be flexible where I can. At the same time, consistent sessions are important for your learning, and my time is limited. This policy is here to keep things fair for everyone and protect our time together.

Cancellations

A cancellation means a lesson is called off and not rescheduled.

• One free cancellation per month — no charge.
• Second and beyond — full session fee applies.

Please give at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.

🚫 No-Shows

A no-show means you give less than 2 hours' notice or don’t show up at all.

• All no-shows — full session fee applies.
